If they are not busy or nice
They will say "Thank you!"

If you see someone getting bullied, stick up for them

Go up to someone if they look lonely. Talk to them

if all else fail shout random stuff be loud

The next day write a letter or post on thier message borad saying
"Thanks for talking to me."
If their on at the same time
whisper to them
"Come to my place to hang"

Be patient Not everyone is nice.
